Purpose of the treatment
Your personal data you provide are processed to fulfill the cor1tractual and pre-contractual obligations, including administrative and accounting obligations.
Method of treatment and retention period
Afore mentioned data will be processed lawfully and fairly, in compliance with the security obligations set out in the
2016/679 EU Regulation. The processing of data is done by manual, computerized and telematics tools with logic strictly
related to the purposes mentioned above and, in any case, in such a manner to guarantee the security and confidentiality
of the data. The data, in any case, will be kept for the period of time required by the current legislation on the
conservation of administrative and accounting documentation.
Your data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and
processed.
Your Personal Data will be kept in a form that allows you to be identified for any longer than is reasonably considered
necessary by Tool in Time Kft. for achieving the purposes for which it was collected or processed or as it is
established in the applicable laws related to data retention periods.
Nature of data supply
Tool in Time Kft. will not store, transfer or in any other way process your Personal Data outside of the specific purposes mentioned above. The processing of your Personal Data is to fulfill the contractual and pre-contractual obligations, including administrative and accounting obligations.
Categories of data processors to which the data may be communicated
In accordance with the provisions of law or regulation, data may be communicated where this is necessary for administrative purposes and for their own protection and data security. In addition, the communication of data can be made to third parties to whom the right to access data is recognized by provisions of law or regulation.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal information and data files are stored on servers placed inside EU.
Automated decisionmaking process
Tool in Time Kft. does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, pursuant to art. 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Rights of data subjects
Under applicable law, you have, among others, the rights (under the conditions set out in applicable law):
- to check whether and what kind of Personal Data we hold about you and to access or to request copies of such data, and
- to request correction, supplementation or deletion of Personal Data about you that is inaccurate or processed in non-compliance with applicable requirements, and
- to request us to restrict the collection, processing or use of Personal Data about you, and
- in certain circumstances, to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of your Personal Data, and
- to request data portability.
